Our CrossFit program is designed not only to give you a challenging workout (it does that, trust us), but more importantly to teach you how to move better and be a stronger, more functional, happier human being for the rest of your life.
Classes are one hour in length and combine elements of gymnastics, weight lifting, and conditioning (running, rowing, etc.) All workouts are scalable to fit any ability level, so there is no prerequisite level of fitness to workout with us. Only the humility to challenge yourself to improve.
If you’re new to CrossFit, we will have you begin in our Foundations program so you can get a good understanding of how to properly perform the movements we use. Each Foundations class starts off with some work on a specific skill (how to swing a kettlebell, how to lift a barbell, how to row, etc.) and then finished off with a conditioning-based workout.
