Build is a functional fitness program for survivors and individuals living with chronic illnesses like cancer. Designed to improve both your physical and emotional well-being, Build empowers individuals with an evidence-driven program and supportive community.
Build helps participants with the side effects of recovery such as fatigue, depression & anxiety, "chemo-brain," weight gain, muscle loss, sleep difficulty, metabolic changes, and overall quality of life.
Our next 8-week Build program meets on M, Tu, Th evenings from 5:00-6:00pm, beginning Monday 8/6. Nia will be heading up each of these classes, so you'll have the same coach keeping an eye on you each time you're in.
