10 Plank Shoulder Taps
7 Leg Swings (per side)

WORKOUT

10 Goblet Step-ups
20 Hand-to-Hand Swings
30 Double Unders or Lateral Jumps Over a Dumbbell

BODYWEIGHT
For 10 minutes:
20 Step-ups
25 Hollow Flutter Kicks (per side)
30 Lateral Jumps Over a 6” Target

ACCESSORY WORK
3 Rounds:
8-10 Dumbbell Strict Press
6-8 Dumbbell Bent-Over Row

MOBILITY
Wide-Legged Standing Forward Fold, 2 minutes
Wide-Legged Seated Forward Fold, 2 minutes
