6 Paused Squats (1-sec active hold in bottom)
6 Up/Down Dogs

WORKOUT
EQUIPMENT
4 Rounds:
In 5:00, 15 Dumbbell Floor Press + Leg Lift, then as many rounds as possible of:
10 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches
10 Burpees
10 Goblet Squats
*rest 2:00 between rounds

BODYWEIGHT
4 Rounds:
In 5:00, 20 Leg Lifts, then as many rounds as possible of:
10 Burpees
15 Squats
:20 Plank Hold
*rest 2:00 between rounds

MOBILITY
Chest Opener on Foam Roller, 5 minutes
