You ready to get back at it? Or start for the first time?

Welcome to our [re]Boot series, designed to jump start your wellness journey. It’s a slow and steady approach, designed to fit your personal needs and goals.

First and foremost, we help with building confidence.

The boost in confidence we see in our people from the hard work they put in in the gym is a huge part of why we love what we do. Watching our members get motivated and take back control of their lives has a trickle-down effect into many other parts of their days. If you're staying away from the gym because you're worried that you don't know what to do when you get there, this is a great way to begin!

Second, we help you develop consistency.

The ability to be consistent is key to success in every area of our lives and plays a vital role in progress in the gym. Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, we take advantage of the small number of people in these sessions and customize a plan that works for you. You have a built-in accountability system that won’t allow you to get off track and that helps you to establish healthy habits to take with you when this series is complete.

Who is this for?
Are you or have you become sedentary in your day-to-day life? Do you sit for the majority of your day? Have you been struggling to come back from an injury? Have you wanted to start working out again or for the first time ever? YOU are who this is designed for.

How does it work?
Prior to the start date, you'll come in to see the space, meet the instructor, and give us a chance to learn how we can help you get the most out of our time together. We'll also take care of these three important details:

An InBody Scan - The scan analyzes the composition of your body so we see where you are when you start and have metrics to track as you progress. Instead of just how much you weigh, you'll learn everything from your lean body mass to your body fat percentage, to your skeletal muscle mass.

Movement Assessment - We bring you through specific movements to see how you move. This assessment helps us gauge how we can best assist you as we start working together!

Health Assessment - We talk through some questions on both where you are currently and where you want to go. Much of this has to do with how you're eating, but we also discuss other ways of staying active, improving sleep, and how to manage your stress and improve your mental health.

After that, here is everything you get with the series:

• Two one-hour group classes each week (limited to just five people!)
• Two health coaching calls each week
• Two InBody scans (one before you begin and one after the four weeks are complete)
• A mobility kit
• Two at-home workouts per week
• Personal and group accountability
• Daily workout/movement tracking sheet

**Individually, this would cost over $1200, but enrolling in the series costs just $495**

This breaks down to $123/week to take back control of your health and build a system to continue using when you are done with the series. There are many options for how to continue after the series is done that we will tell you more about later. For now, it’s time to get you signed up and ready to go!
