How to Start

There are seemingly infinite ways to get in shape these days. We believe that no matter which method you choose, a steady progression that's built on a strong competency in the basics is what will not only get you in shape, but will allow you to stay that way for the rest of your life.

Our Boot Camp is the first step in that process. We begin and end each 6-week session with a simple test. Although the movements, in theory, are pretty straightforward (we test push-ups, squats, and sit-ups), our challenge is not that you blindly accumulate more reps, but that you instead only add quantity when you know that the quality is first in place.

I was fortunate to be able to work with the last camp held at TwinTown. The group was just fun to work with, but even better than that was the fact that from the start of the camp through the end, the average improvement I saw in our people was 43%. FORTY THREE! Some people more than doubled their capacity by the time we made it to the final test! Yes, statistics are super nerdy, but I couldn't be more proud to have seen the success these hard working people created for themselves over just 6 short weeks.
