We’ve all been there, scrolling through pictures of fitness studios, thinking about all the goals we want to achieve in the gym but intimidated by the fit people and all their abs in the photos. That intimidation is natural, but what it shouldn’t do is hold you back from getting in there and getting after it.
Because we too know that intimidated feeling, we’ve designed a new program with this in mind. We’re excited to introduce a… (drumroll please) … one-on-one training program! This offering is for everyone—from people new to TwinTown Fitness looking to begin their fitness journey to those with lots of workout experience who are wanting to fine-tune their abilities. So don’t stop reading yet! If you've got some goals in mind, we want to sit down with you to create an individualized training plan to get you there.
For some, working out in a class-type setting with other people can be motivating. But we also know that for others, sometimes fitness can be a personal thing. It’s not always the most comfortable to get all sweaty or breathe hard in front of a bunch of people you don’t know that well. This program offers the option of both 1-on-1 sessions, and small group training (think about you and some friends, hitting the gym together. What could be a better bonding experience than pushing through a challenging workout together?!). With either option, you have the chance to challenge yourself and experience all the benefits that our other programs offer under the watchful eye of a member of our staff. Classes are $100/hour, with discounts available for multiple-session purchases.
Have you ever wished that you could just have the coach watch only your movement throughout the entire skill portion of class because you just can’t get that dang snatch, kip or double under down?! Yeah, me too. Because helping our members move well is a huge priority for us, we want to offer TwinTown members a 50% discount. So get in here and take advantage of some 1-on-1 time!
