Whether you’re new to working out, prefer one-on-one coaching, or are just looking to hone a few specific skills, personal training is a quick way to move forward.

Our personal training model is like nothing you’ve have seen before

Our approach focuses first on making you a really good mover. We lean into mobility and pliability of your muscles, fascia and soft tissues to do so. 

Our secondary focus? Building strength you need to tackle your day-to-day needs… like picking up your kids, playing with your dogs, carrying groceries, working on your car or house.

At first, cardio may not be a primary focus. We will consistently dose up your cardio capacity as you are able. And if there is a particular form of cardio you just don’t do, worry not. We’re never going to make you run if you don’t want to. There are so many other options. Tons of options. Options for days.  

How it works:

Your first session starts with an 11-part, head-to-toe movement assessment. This will tell us a lot about your movement history, and informs our recommendations and plan.

From there, we talk about your goals and expectations. We pair our recommendations with your goals, creating a game plan and a timeline.

We work with a variety of different people, with a variety of different training goals.

Your plan is your plan, customized to you and only you. Couple this with the accountability we provide and you will be well on your way to accomplishing your health goals.

One-hour sessions begin at $100/hour (no commitment or hidden fees involved), and are open to anyone!
