15 Skaters
:20 Jumping Jacks

EQUIPMENT
For 1 minute: Dumbbell Row (each side) + Deadlift
For 2 minutes: Half Burpee Mountain Climbers
For 3 minutes: Side-to-Side Lunges
For 2 minutes: Floor Press + Leg Lift
For 1 minute: Dumbbell Row (each side) + Deadlift

BODYWEIGHT
For 1 minute: Roll-to-Stand
For 2 minutes: Half Burpee Mountain Climbers
For 3 minutes: Side-to-Side Lunges
For 2 minutes: Leg Lifts
For 1 minute: Jumping Lunges
