WORKOUT

WARM-UP
For 5 minutes:
24 Jumping Jacks
12 Walking Lunge Steps
6 Elbow Plank Rotations (per side)

EQUIPMENT
In 11 minutes, complete 3 Rounds of:
11 Dumbbell Rows (per side)
15 V-ups
19 Dumbbell Front Squats
Then, in the remaining time, complete as many Dumbbell Goblet Step-ups as possible

BODYWEIGHT
In 11 minutes, complete 3 Rounds of:
20 Plank Shoulder Taps (per side)
20 V-ups
30 Squats
Then, in the remaining time, complete as many Step-ups as possible

MOBILITY
Child’s Pose, 5 minutes
