WORKOUT

WARM-UP
For 5 minutes:
10 Mountain Climbers
5 Bootstrappers
10 Squats
5 Hollow Rocks

WORKOUT
For 20 minutes:
8-12 Tripod Rows (per side)
10 Alternating Pistols or Weighted Reverse Lunges
8-12 Dumbbell Clean & Jerks
10 Dumbbell Floor Press + Leg Lift
:30 Skaters

Those with heavier weights to use can go with a smaller set size. If all you have is lighter weights, do more! Work for perfection in all today's movements!

MOBILITY
Deep Lunge Stretch, 3 min/side (alternating on the minute)
