20 Sit-ups
15 Push-ups
10 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches
5 Dumbbell Goblet Squats
REST 1:00 BETWEEN EACH 4-MINUTE ROUND

BODYWEIGHT
4x 4-minute rounds of:
20 Sit-ups
15 Push-ups
10 Alternating Lunges (with arms locked out overhead)
5 Tempo Jumping Squats (3-second descent)
REST 1:00 BETWEEN EACH 4-MINUTE ROUND
