For 5 minutes:

EQUIPMENT
For 12 minutes:
15 Lateral Jumps Over a Dumbbell
12 Alternating Single-Arm Dumbbell Hang Clean & Jerks
15 Lateral Jumps Over a Dumbbell
12 Alternating Suitcase Step-ups
*Use a step-up platform (chair, stairs, etc.) that’s roughly knee height.
BODYWEIGHT
For 12 minutes:
15 Lateral Jumps Over a Target
12 V-ups
15 Lateral Jumps Over a Target
24 Alternating Step-ups
*Use a step-up platform (chair, stairs, etc.) that’s roughly knee height. Jump-over target should be 6” or less.
FUN
150 Squats
*this is “for time,” but the goal is quality. Keep your abs braced, lower until the crease of your hips is below the top of your knees (assuming that you can keep a neutral spine through that range) and stand up fully at the top.
MOBILITY
