8 Lunges (with arms locked out overhead)
8 Plank Hip Taps (per side)

For 16 minutes:
10 Dumbbell Floor Press + Leg Lift
10 Off-Side Dumbbell Lunge Steps (switching halfway)
10 Burpees

BODYWEIGHT
For 16 minutes:
12 Leg Lift
12 Odd Object Goblet Lunges
12 Burpees
Rest :30
