WORKOUT

WARM-UP
For 5 minutes:
4 Inchworm Up/Down Dogs
4 Elbow Plank Rotations (per side)
8 Alternating Single-Leg Toe Touches
24 Jumping Jacks

EQUIPMENT
For 12 minutes:
On the odd minutes: 12 Dumbbell Snatches, then as many V-ups as possible
On the even minutes: 10 Dumbbell Deadlifts, then as many Step-ups as possible

BODYWEIGHT
For 12 minutes:
On the odd minutes: 12 Alternating Kick-Throughs, then as many V-ups as possible
On the even minutes: 6 Down Dog Handstand, then as many Step-ups as possible

FUN
EMOM 8:
On the odd minutes: 8-12 Seated Strict Press
On the even minutes: 30-second Wall Sit

MOBILITY
Supported Squat Hold, 5 minutes
