20 Wide-Stance Forward Rotations
10 Knee Pull + Overhead Lunge

EQUIPMENT
For 20 minutes:
30 Sit-ups
20 Alternating Single-Dumbbell Hang Clean & Jerks
10 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches
*at the 5:00, 10:00, and 15:00 marks, complete 15 Dumbbell Thrusters

BODYWEIGHT
For 20 minutes:
30 Sit-ups
20 Incline Push-ups
10 Tempo Jumping Squats (3-second descent)
*at the 5:00, 10:00, and 15:00 marks, complete 50 Hollow Flutter Kicks (L+R=1)
