WARM-UP
For 5 minutes:
6 Straight-Arm Sit-ups
4 Inchworm Press-ups
6 Alternating Lunge (plus twist)
4 Roll-to-Stand

EQUIPMENT
For 12 minutes:
6 Half-Kneeling Strict Press (per side)
6 Tripod Rows (per side)
6 Single-Leg Deadlifts (per side)
6 Goblet Side-to-Side Lunges (per side)

BODYWEIGHT
For 12 minutes:
6 Down Dog Handstand Push-ups
6 Elbow Plank Rotations (per side)
6 Single-Leg Toe Touches (per side)
6 Side-to-Side Lunges (per side)

FUN
250 or 150 Burpees

MOBILITY
Wide-Legged Forward Fold, 2 minutes
Squat Hold, 2 minutes
Child’s Pose, 2 minutes
