WARM-UP
For 5 minutes:
Squat Flow
BODYWEIGHT
“Death by Burpees & Squats”
For 20 minutes:
On minute 1, complete 1 Burpee and 1 Squat
On minute 2, complete 2 Burpees and 2 Squats
On minute 3, complete 3 Burpees and 3 Squats
Etc.
*if you reach a minute where you are no longer able to complete the prescribed number of reps, start back at the beginning.
FUN
EMOM 6:
Min 1: Bent Over Rows
Min 2: Hollow Hold
Min 3: Alternating Strict Press
MOBILITY
