WORKOUT

WARM-UP
For 5 minutes:
8 Hollow Rocks
8 Windmills (4/side)
8 No-Arm Sit-ups
8 Half Burpees

EQUIPMENT
For 16 minutes:
12 Dumbbell Snatches
24 Walking Lunges
36 Double Unders (or Lateral Jump-Overs)

BODYWEIGHT
For 16 minutes:
3 Wall Walks
24 Walking Lunges
36 Lateral Jumps (over a target)

FUN
Find a pull-up bar, I-beam, tree branch, piece of playground equipment, pair of rings, or something similar, and work on pull-ups (or shoulder packs) and leg raises for 8 minutes.

MOBILITY
Child’s Pose, 5 minutes
