For 5 minutes:

*at the top of each minute, complete:
3 Strict Burpees

BODYWEIGHT

For 20 minutes:
5 Burpees
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
20 Sit-ups

FUN
Run for 15 minutes

MOBILITY
Lateral Trap Rolling with Lax Ball, 3 min/side
