3 Inchworm Up/Down Dogs
5 Half Burpee Mountain Climbers
7 Hollow Rocks
30 Butt Kicks
EQUIPMENT
1 minute: Dumbbell Snatches
2 minutes: V-up + Tuck-up + Straight-Arm Sit-up
3 minutes: 3 Deadlifts, 3 Hang Squat Cleans, 3 Push Press
2 minutes: V-up + Tuck-up + Straight-Arm Sit-up
1 minute: Dumbbell Snatches
BODYWEIGHT
1 minute: Half Burpees
2 minutes: V-up + Tuck-up + Straight-Arm Sit-up
3 minutes: Roll-to-Stand + Jumping Squat + Lunge (each side)
2 minutes: V-up + Tuck-up + Straight-Arm Sit-up
