14 Single-Dumbbell Hang Squat Clean & Jerks
28 Lateral Jump-Overs
*complete 30 alternating Goblet Step-Ups at the 5:00 and 10:00 marks
BODYWEIGHT
For 15 minutes:
7 V-ups
14 Jumping Lunges
28 Lateral Jumps (over a 6” target)
*complete 30 alternating Step-Ups at the 5:00 and 10:00 marks
ACCESSORY WORK
