1 Unloaded Turkish Get-up (per side)
5 Good Morning + Squat + Forward Lunge (each side)
9 Straight-Arm Sit-ups

WORKOUT

4 5-minute Rounds:
4 Alternating Turkish Get-ups, then as many rounds as possible of:
10 Strict Burpees
10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
*rest 2:00 between rounds

BODYWEIGHT

4 Alternating Odd Object Turkish Get-ups, then as many rounds as possible of:
10 Strict Burpees
20 Lunge Steps
*rest 2:00 between rounds
