12 Dumbbell Deadlifts
30 Double Unders or Lateral Jumps (over a dumbbell)

2:00 Max Dumbbell Burpees

12 Odd Object Deadlifts
12 Incline Push-ups
30 Lateral Jumps (over a 6” target)
