8 Hollow Rocks
6 Plank Extensions
4 Jumping Squats

WORKOUT
EQUIPMENT
In 5 minutes:
40 Push-up + Hip Tap (each side), then as many rounds as possible of:
12 Dumbbell Hang Power Cleans
12 V-ups

In 5 minutes:
35 Push-up + Hip Tap (each side), then as many rounds as possible of:
12 Single-Dumbbell Goblet Squat Clean
12 Burpees

In 5 minutes:
30 Push-up + Hip Tap (each side), then as many rounds as possible of:
12 Hand-to-Hand Swings
12 Jack Knives

*Rest 2:00 between rounds

BODYWEIGHT
In 5 minutes:
40 Push-up + Hip Tap (each side), then as many rounds as possible of:
12 Odd Object Deadlifts
12 V-ups

In 5 minutes:
