24 Dumbbell Push Press
30 Sit-ups
12 Dumbbell Hang Clusters
15 Leg Lifts (with dumbbells locked out overhead)

60 Sit-ups
24 Incline Push-ups
30 Sit-ups
24 Jumping Squats
15 Leg Lifts
