(from 12:00-20:00) for 8 minutes:
8 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches
8 Burpees
8 Dumbbell Floor Press + Leg Lifts

BODYWEIGHT
(from 0:00-10:00) Every 2:00 for 5 Rounds:
10 Squats (with arms locked out overhead)
10 Jumping Lunges

(from 12:00-20:00) for 8 minutes:
8 Reverse Lunges
8 Burpees
