Run 400m, then as many rounds as possible of:
30 Skaters
20 Sit-ups
10 Dumbbell Thrusters
In 5 minutes:
Run 400m, then as many rounds as possible of:
30 Double Unders or Lateral Jumps (over a dumbbell)
20 Reverse Lunges
10 Dumbbell Push Press
In 5 minutes:
Run 400m, then as many rounds as possible of:
30 Skaters
20 Push-ups
10 Dumbbell Deadlifts
*rest 2:00 between workouts
**if running isn’t available, omit and get through as many rounds as you can
