EMOM 6: 6 Alternating Pistols (or reverse goblet lunges) + 6 Dumbbell Front Squats

EMOM 6: 6 Down Dog Handstand Push-ups

EMOM 6: 5 Burpees + 20 Lateral Jumps (over a 6” target)

EMOM 6: 6 Alternating Pistols (or 12 reverse lunges) + 12 Jumping Squats
