WARM-UP
For 5 minutes:
4 Light Weight (or unloaded) Windmills (per side)
6 Push-ups
8 Alternating Single-Leg Glute Bridges
:20 Hollow Flutter Kicks

EQUIPMENT
5 Rounds (not for time)
6-10 Half Kneeling Dumbbell Lateral Chop (each side)
12 Sumo Deadlifts
6-10 Dumbbell Rows (each side)
12 Weighted Sit-ups
:30 Half Burpees

BODYWEIGHT
5 Rounds (not for time)
12 Half Kneeling Dumbbell Lateral Chop (each side)
12 Alternating Single Leg Toe Touches
12 Plank Hip Taps (each side)
12 No-Arm Sit-ups

FUN
Jog/Run for 10 minutes immediately following the workout
