20 Single-Leg Lateral Hops (each side)

WORKOUT

For 12 minutes:
3x Dumbbell Snatch + Overhead Lunge (each side) (right)
30 Lateral Jumps (over a dumbbell)
3x Dumbbell Snatch + Overhead Lunge (each side) (left)
15 Leg Lifts

BODYWEIGHT
For 12 minutes:
30 Lateral Jumps (over a 6” target)
20 Lunge Steps (with arms locked out overhead)
15 Leg Lifts

FUN
100 Squats

MOBILITY
1 minute each:
Deep Lunge (each side)
Down Dog
Pigeon (each side)
