20 Lateral Back-and-Forth Hops (each side)
8 Hollow Rocks

20 Sit-ups
20 Alternating Bent-Over Dumbbell Rows
20 Alternating Snatches
20 Hand-Release Push-ups
*Rest 1:00 between rounds

BODYWEIGHT
4 5-minute rounds of:
20 Step-ups
20 Sit-ups
20 Lunges
20 Russian Twists (each side)
20 Hand-Release Push-ups
*Rest 1:00 between rounds

MOBILITY
Deep Lunge, 3 min/side (alternating on the minute)
