5 Roll-to-Stand
10 Alternating Lunge Steps
EQUIPMENT
For 15 minutes:
10 Turkish Get-ups
Then, as many rounds as possible of:
15 Goblet Squats
12 Mountain Climbers (each side)
9 Dumbbell Push Press
BODYWEIGHT
For 15 minutes:
10 Turkish Get-ups (use something from around the house!)
Then, as many rounds as possible of:
15 Squats
12 Mountain Climbers (each side)
3 Wall Walks
