10 Plank Extensions
14 Bicycles

1 Dumbbell Deadlift
1 Single-Arm Bent-Over Row (each side)
1 Hang Power Clean
1 Push Press
Then, for the remaining time, as many Half Burpee Mountain Climbers as possible.
