WORKOUT

WARM-UP
For 6 minutes:
:20 Run in Place
:20 Half Burpees
:20 Straight-Arm Sit-ups

EQUIPMENT
For 8 minutes:
30 Dumbbell Snatch + Overhead Squat, then as many rounds as possible of:
20 Sit-ups
15 Lateral Jumps Over a Dumbbell (each side)
10 Dumbbell Push Press

Rest 2 minutes

For 8 minutes:
30 Dumbbell Snatch + Overhead Squat, then as many rounds as possible of:
20 Sit-ups
15 High Knees (each side)
10 Suitcase Lunge Steps

BODYWEIGHT
For 8 minutes:
50 Hollow Rocks, then as many rounds as possible of:
20 Sit-ups
15 Lateral Jumps Over a 6” Target (each side)
10 Push-ups

Rest 2 minutes

For 8 minutes:
50 Hollow Rocks, then as many rounds as possible of:

15 High Knees (each side)
