6 Dynamic Planks
8 Plank Lunges (4/side)
6 Squats (with arms locked out overhead)
:20 High Knees

EQUIPMENT
For 15 minutes:
10 Floor Press + Leg Lifts
10 Suitcase Deadlifts
10 V-ups
10 Single-Dumbbell Overhead Squats (5/side)

BODYWEIGHT
For 15 minutes:
10 Leg + Hip LIft
10 Good Mornings
10 V-ups
10 Paused Squats (1-sec active pause in bottom)

FUN
For 4 minutes:
Partner Push-up Ladder
