5 Roll-to-Stand or Hollow Rocks
3 Side-to-Side Lunges (each side)

Dumbbell Devil’s Press
Pistols (each side) **or 10-8-6-4-2 narrow-stance squats**
*40 Jumping Jacks after each set of Pistols
