6 Alternating Knee Pull + Reverse Overhead Lunge Steps
:15 Side Plank (per side)

For 15 Minutes:
2 Turkish Get-Ups (right)
6 One-Arm Dumbbell Front Squats (right)
9 Dumbbell Power Cleans
2 Turkish Get-Ups (left)
6 One-Arm Dumbbell Front Squats (left)
18 Sit-ups

BODYWEIGHT
For 15 Minutes:
2 Turkish Get-Ups (right, using a book)
6 Steering Wheel Squats (using a book)
9 Half Burpees
2 Turkish Get-Ups (left, using a book)
6 Steering Wheel Squats (using a book)
18 Sit-ups

MOBILITY
Passive Squat Hold, 8 minutes
