For 12 minutes:
15 Hand-to-Hand Swings
10 Single-Dumbbell Push Press (right)
30 Lateral Jump-Overs
10 Single-Dumbbell Push Press (left)
BODYWEIGHT
For 12 minutes:
10 Mountain Climbers (each side)
15 Incline Push-ups
30 Lateral Jumps (over a 6” target)
FUN
20-minute Run
IN-CLASS MOBILITY
