30 Double Unders or Lateral Jumps (over a dumbbell)
20 Dumbbell Step-ups
10 Dumbbell Push Press
*Rest 1:00 between rounds

BODYWEIGHT
3 5-minute rounds:
30 Lateral Jumps (over a 6” target)
20 Step-ups
10 Incline Push-ups
*Rest 1:00 between rounds

FUN
30 Burpees

MOBILITY
Deep Lunge (on elbows), 3 min/side (alternating on the minute)
