:20 Squat + Lunge (each side)
:20 Plank
:20 Butt Kicks
WORKOUT

4 5-minute Rounds of:
10 Dumbbell Snatches
10 Goblet Squats
50 Double Unders or Lateral Jumps (over a dumbbell)
*Rest 2:00 between rounds
**If you are able to, begin each 5-minute round with a 400-600m Run
BODYWEIGHT
4 5-minute Rounds of:
20 Plank Hip Taps
20 Alternating Lunges
50 Lateral Jumps (over a 6” target)
*Rest 2:00 between rounds

MOBILITY
Deep Lunge, 1 min/side
Squat Hold, 2 minutes
Child’s Pose, 2 minutes
