8 Suitcase Step-ups
24 Double Unders or Lateral Jumps (over a dumbbell)
12 Suitcase Step-ups
36 Double Unders or Lateral Jumps (over a dumbbell)
etc.

BODYWEIGHT
For 10 minutes:
6 Step-ups
12 Lateral Jumps (over a 6” target)
12 Step-ups
24 Lateral Jumps (over a 6” target)
18 Step-ups
36 Lateral Jumps (over a 6” target)
etc.

ACCESSORY WORK

12-15 Tripod Rows (per side)
8-12 Dumbbell Strict Press
