TTF Lifecycle Week 1: Thinking About Starting

This is the first in a 5-part series addressing what we want you to know at the different stages of a TwinTown membership. Our hope is to show you that even though it may feel like it, the struggles you have are not unique to you!

First up, we're looking at those who are looking to join but are still on the fence. Here’s what we want you to know:

1. You don't need to be in shape to start here! We built TwinTown by working with our members, not by seeking out those who are already in shape. With every class we teach and workout we design, we keep you, our new members, in mind. No matter which class or time you come in, you'll be in good hands here!

2. We're here to teach you! Want to know how much experience is required to start here? None. Zero. NADA! Our classes are capped at 14 people so we always have a chance to work with and teach you when you're in—no matter how long ago you started.

3. We're here to support you in what matters most to you, not to push our agenda. Everyone values something a little different in their time in the gym, right? We're here to help you get what you want from your hard work!

4. WE'RE IN THIS TOGETHER! We're incredibly fortunate to work with people who are not only the most down-to-earth, hard-working, genuine humans we could hope for, but also who whole-heartedly care about the other people in class with them. On your good days and your bad, you're never alone here!

5. Our programs are here to help you live a better life. As great as achievements in the gym are, our true goal is to make you a more functional person so you can enjoy the hell out of a full life outside the gym!
